This is the 6th event of the International Conference on Management (ICoM) conference series, which was started in 2011, with the idea to bring together scientists, researchers, students as well as the representatives of the business sector to exchange and share their experiences and research results about contemporary management issues. An additional goal of the conference is to provide a place for academicians and professionals with multi-disciplinary interests related to organization, business and management issues.

All accepted papers were published in the conference proceedings.

It is a pleasure to announce that the conference proceedings was listed in the database Web of Science.

Statement of the proceeding's editor:
Due to a procedural mistake a paper with the title "THE EVALUATION OF DESTINATION QUALITY -- A VISITOR ORIENTED APPROACH, CASE STUDY: SOUTH MORAVIAN REGION, CZECH REPUBLIC" appeared in the conference proceedings. This paper will be published in a monograph and therefore wasn't supposed to be published in this proceedings book. Hereby we apologize to the authors for this mistake and this paper was from this conference proceedings excluded. Please, find the corrected version of the proceedings here:

ICOM 2017:

The International Conference on Management 2017 will be held in Nitra, Slovakia - June 1-2, 2017.

The International Conference on Management (2016) is organized under the patronage of the Mayor of the City of Brno, Petr Vokřál and with financial support by the City of Brno.

The official language of the Conference is English with no translation.

All the papers (4-5 pages) will be reviewed and published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN send for indexing in Web of Science. The materials of the Conference Proceedings will be available online and send electronically to the authors. Papers will be published only with fully confirmed registration and payment.

After the Conference, the selected extended and revised versions of the papers proposed by the Scientific Committee and the reviewers will be published in the form of monograph or in 12 different asknowledged scientific journals (Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Slovak and Lithuanian - see below) in English language. (The minimum size of the monograph and journal papers should be 20,000-22,000 characters (10-15 pages).

THE HUNGARIAN JOURNAL OF NUTRITION MARKETING/ TÁPLÁLKOZÁSMARKETING

The Hungarian Journal of Nutrition Marketing was established by the Institute of Marketing and Trade of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Debrecen, in September, 2014. The main goal of the new journal is to provide wider publicity and publication opportunities for researchers and professionals at different fields of food and nutrition marketing. The English summaries of the published papers and the English translation of figures and tables may help in the promotion of the new results at international level. The journal is peer reviewed and meets the scientific requirements of international scientific journals, its structure and editorial process are in compliance with the international standards.

FORUM SCIENTIAE OECONOMIA

"Forum Scientiae Oeconomia" (ISSN 2300-5947 - printed, ISSN 2353-4435 - online) is a free of charge and open access quarterly scientific journal published by the Faculty of Management, Informatics and Social Sciences of the University of Dąbrowa Górnicza. Economic papers, with special attention to management sciences are published in English language. However original articles which inform management research and practice from outside the discipline - such as from psychology, education, sociology, research design - will also be considered.
The international character of the journal is confirmed both by the multinational membership of the Scientific Committee and authors from foreign scientific centers. A high level of content is ensured by the fact that all articles are subject to a double-blind review process by people who are recognized authorities in the given fields of science. Editors of "Forum Scientiae Oeconomia" strive to ensure that the authors of submitted texts receive information about their acceptance or non-acceptance within one month from the date of receipt.

An international peer-reviewed journal published under the auspices of the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences and financed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. Published since 1954 (by 1999 under the title Zemědělská ekonomika).

LITTERA SCRIPTA

Littera Scripta (Economy, Management, Marketing, Linguistics, History) in its current form is a multidisciplinary journal which is published by The Institute of Technology and Business. It was originally established in 1997. A proper editorial board was put in place in 2007.Since 2008 it has been published twice a year. The journal is currently indexed on the list of reviewed non-impacted journals published in the Czech Republic and in ERIH PLUS.

CZECH HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM PAPERS

Czech Hospitality and Tourism Papers (hereinafter CHTP Journal), a journal for science and information, publishes mainly scientific and survey papers focusing on the development of theoretical and practical aspects of the hotel and spa industry, gastronomy and tourism. Papers are published only in English. The CHTP Journal serves primarily as a platform for the presentation of an author's, or team of author's, original research results in the above-mentioned fields. A "Consultation and discussion" section contains survey papers and also specialized survey papers from the pedagogical and expert activities of academics, as well as reports on research project results. The ISSN was assigned to the CHTP Journal on March 31, 2005 (the date of the creation of the CHTP Journal). Since June 25, 2015 the CHTP Journal has been integrated into the ERIH PLUS (The European Reference for the Humanities and the Social Sciences).
